Refund policy

Original Art

You should love your new original painting so if you decide its not right for you simply return it in it’s original condition. Just let us know within seven days of receiving the painting that you would like to return it. Email hello@artistclairejanejohnson.com and await further instructions.

The customer is responsible for any cost of returning the painting. Tracking and insurance is required for transit which is organised by Australia Post.

A full refund will be issued once the artwork has been returned undamaged.

INSURANCE 

  • Claire Jane Johnson insures all artworks in transit. In the rare case an artwork is damaged in transit, it is fully covered. You must notify Claire within the returns period of any damage, or if the work is not as advertised, please check the work as soon as you recieve it and inform us of any issues.
  • Insurance cases are handled by Australia Post
  • If the artworks are returned directly by you, they must be returned via a trackable and insured shipping carrier, and the tracking information must be provided to Claire Jane Johnson
  • Insurance is valid for the time the artwork is in transit only. 

 

Art Prints

Paper art prints cannot be returned due to their print on demand nature unless otherwise specified.

A4 size Introductory Offer prints can be returned.
