Peacocks are a well-known symbol of self-love and confidence I’m guessing from the way that they show off their beautiful tail feathers which the males do to attract the females.

I have come to think of confidence as the key of life.  If we can build our self love/ confidence and maintain it then freedom and happiness will also follow.

With more self-confidence we can have less fear and anxiety, greater motivation, more resilience, improved relationships and a stronger sense of our authentic selves.
